Who we are

Tubes Solutions S.R.L (“TrafficTubes”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through traffictubes.com.

You can reach us at privacy@traffictubes.com, or by post at St. Elev Nicolae Popovici Nr 1, Bl. P42, Ap. 34, Bucharest, Romania.

What we collect

We only ask for information we need, and we tell you why at the point we ask for it.

  • When you contact us — your name, business email address, company, the contents of your message and anything you choose to attach.
  • Automatically, when you visit — IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time of access, referring and exit pages, and the pages you view. This is standard server log data and is not linked to you personally.

We do not run user accounts on this website, so we never ask you to register or set a password.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 18 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a contract — in which case retention follows our contractual and accounting obligations. Server logs are retained for 180 days. When a retention period ends, the data is deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our business — DigitalOcean (hosting) and Google (email) — under agreements that limit what they may do with it. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site currently sets only essential cookies. If we enable analytics, it will be Google Analytics and only after you accept it. We do not run third-party advertising on traffictubes.com. Full detail is in our Cookie policy.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed
  • Erasure — have your data deleted, in the circumstances the law provides for
  • Restriction — have us limit how we process your data
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format, or have it sent to another organisation
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent
  • Complain — to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), if you believe we have handled your data incorrectly

Write to privacy@traffictubes.com and we will respond within one month. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you, request its deletion, and request that we do not sell it.
